Fun mixed with essential life skills. My Son has been attending for 6 months and loves it having come from other local martial arts centres. Here they teach you real life situation self defence rather than train you for competitions against similar disciplines. Thoroughly recommended.

You do not require any previous experience but if you have trained before, that's fine too.
To start training, track bottoms and t-shirt are fine. We will organise a uniform for you once you sign-up.

Attending classes once per week is manageable for most people.
Ju Jitsu is definitely for all ages, we have students in the kids classes as young as 3 years old.
We hold belt testing every few months. You will be invited to grade once you are ready.
Ju Jitsu training?
You do not require a high level of fitness to start Ju Jitsu training.
